Job summary

Fortrea's FSP team is seeking an experienced Central-based Sr. CRA with 1+ year of device experience and 3+ years of monitoring. The Senior CRA II will monitor sites, manage study plans, and may lead project efforts within a defined scope.

The role requires overseeing site monitoring, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Expect significant travel and on-site responsibilities in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Requires university or college degree in life sciences or related allied health field.
• Fluent in English; regulatory knowledge a plus.
• Capable of training and supervising junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all aspects of site monitoring including routine monitoring and closeout.
• Ensure staff entry of patients and adherence to informed consent and protocol.
• Review data for missing or implausible values and maintain data integrity.
• Travel 60-80% overnight as part of role and manage travel per Fortrea policy.
