Job summary

Dorothy Lane Market in Ohio is seeking a bakery production team member who is passionate about producing high quality baked goods and maintaining food safety standards. This role offers flexible schedules, opportunities to learn, and a collaborative, friendly environment where associates are valued.

You'll work with the Central Baking team, handle measurement and labeling, and contribute to clean, safe operations while delivering Honestly Better® Food and Service to our stores.

At Dorothy Lane Market, our Central Baking facility works round the clock preparing all of the delightful desserts, pastry, and artisan breads sold fresh in our stores. We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our bakery production team. Require some flexibility around the holidays.

Whether you are a seasoned professional or someone looking to sharpen your culinary skills, this exciting department will provide lots of opportunity to flourish.

Qualifications:

• Food safety expertise.

• Basic mathematical skills.
• 18 years or older.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
