Horberg Industries Inc. is seeking a Centerless Grinder Setup Operator - Manufacturing Technician to join its team on a full-time basis.

The role involves reviewing blueprints and operation sheets, setting up grinding equipment, and ensuring precision and efficiency throughout the shift. You will monitor machine performance, perform routine maintenance, and use precision instruments to inspect parts, maintaining accurate records and data for each job.

Competenze

• High school diploma, trade school experience OR equivalent.
• 2+ years of grinding experience OR 3+ years in manufacturing/technical role.
• Ability to set up and operate centerless grinding machines or learn quickly.
• Experience reading blueprints.

Mansioni

• Set up grinding equipment for maximum efficiency and precision.
• Monitor machine performance throughout shift.
• Perform routine maintenance (fluid levels, wheel dressing).
• Inspect components with precision measuring tools and maintain records.
