Concentra is seeking a Center Therapy Director in California to lead a center-based team of therapists, delivering rehabilitative services and aligning with Injury Process Management to drive quality outcomes.

You will manage clinical metrics, ensure compliance with state practice acts, and support staff development while fostering collaboration with employers and payers. A DPT or equivalent with active CA licensure and 2+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Active state licensure in California.
• Minimum 2 years clinical rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the center full-time.
• Lead by example and mentor therapists.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts and WC regulations.
• Drive patient experience and outcomes through therapy plans.
• Manage center workflows and scheduling.
