Takeda's BioLife Plasma Services in Spring, TX seeks an operations leader to oversee production-area staff and manage daily activities within a high-volume plasma donation center.

You will supervise employees, coordinate scheduling, and lead inventory control and operational efforts while working closely with donors to address concerns and ensure quality processes in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification may be required.
• Ability to bend, stand long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a bloodborne pathogens environment.

About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

How you will contribute:

• You will oversee employee performance and scheduling
• You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
• You will work with donors to resolve concerns
• You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.

What you bring to Takeda:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required

BioLife Compensation and Benefits Summary

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$22.80 - $31.35

The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
