Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Plasma Center Supervisor in Newark, DE to oversee daily operations, staffing, donor flow, and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage training, performance appraisals, and recruitment, ensure SOP adherence, monitor data accuracy, and participate in cross-functional initiatives, with extended hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing teams.
• Strong communication, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment with exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, and bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Staffing management and donor flow supervision.

Responsibilities:

manage staffing, monitor donor flow, conduct error investigations, support performance appraisals, ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain safety and cleanliness, and assist with training and recruitment. Also involved in data accuracy, employee relations, and potentially marketing initiatives.
