BioLife Plasma Services in Arlington, TX is seeking a Center Manager to oversee the general management of employees in production areas. You will report to the Center Manager and lead donor interactions while ensuring efficient operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/AED certification. physically you must be able to walk/stand for shifts with lifting up to 50 pounds, and manage non-conforming events with a focus on teamwork and safety.

About the role:

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.

BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.

How you will contribute:

• You will oversee employee performance and scheduling
• You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
• You will work with donors to resolve concerns
• You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
• You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
• You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.

What you bring to Takeda:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
• Frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
• Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:

$22.80 - $31.35
