SpartanNash, a food solutions company, is hiring for a part-time store role at Family Fare in Rapid City, SD. The position supports stock replenishment, shelf merchandising, and guest experience while adhering to safety and food safety guidelines.

You will be responsible for receiving, displaying products, and maintaining well-stocked departments in a retail environment with occasional cross-department tasks. Prior retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents
• Basic mathematical skills
• Detail oriented

Responsabilités

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.
• Properly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays on sales floor.
• Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.
• Have familiarity with all products carried in the departments and know the product locations in the store.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments. Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.
• Follow Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.
• Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
