Job summary

Casey's in Channahon, IL is hiring a Center Store Manager to lead operations and engage the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will train, guide, and empower associates, manage inventory and daily bookwork, and coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure compliance and product availability.

You will oversee center store activities, handle audits, invoices, and vendor check-ins while maintaining a safe, efficient store that meets Casey's standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center of the store.
• Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
• Oversee center store activities including daily task lists and store walks.
• Ensure safety processes are followed and service tickets are entered promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep the Store Manager informed.
• Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
