Responsibilities

• Supervise all duties and responsibilities of the Center store associates in the absence of Center Store Manager.
• Assist in management of all Center Store operations to meet financial and sales goals.
• Build associate and customer relations and promote Hannaford Strategy.
• Stay compliant with Center Store Standard Practices and maintain department appearance, safety, and food safety at high levels.
• Maintain schedules, performance appraisals, and communicate policies to associates.
