Job summary

Casey’s Center Store Manager in Kansas is a hands-on leader responsible for driving operational excellence and team engagement. You’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and you’ll work with the Store Manager on priorities and standards.

You’ll oversee inventory counts, conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.

• Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable and perform store duties as needed.
