Job summary

Casey’s in Kansas is seeking a Center Store Manager to lead the center of the store, driving operational excellence and improving the guest experience. You will train and empower team members, ensure inventory accuracy, conduct audits, manage invoices, and strengthen vendor relationships to ensure product availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment within the center store area.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach and engage team members.
• Verify daily center store activities, ensuring task lists and safety processes are followed.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly and accurately.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and keep Store Manager informed of issues.
• Serve as an active member of the store leadership team and fill in when needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as required.
