Responsibilities

• Lead with accountability and empowerment in center store operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage staff.
• Oversee daily tasks, store walks, safety processes, and ticketing.
• Manage inventory and daily bookkeeping with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns and escalate as needed to Store Manager.
• Serve on store leadership team and cover for others as needed.
• Perform Store Team Member duties when required.
