• Lead with accountability within the center of the store
• Train, coach, and engage team members under Store Manager supervision
• Oversee daily tasks, safety processes, and service tickets
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight
• Address guest concerns and escalate to Store Manager as needed
• Serve on the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed
