Job summary

Casey’s Center Store Manager position in Gladbrook, IA, is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction. You’ll train, coach, and empower team members, manage inventory, and ensure accurate auditing and vendor communications.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will maintain daily task lists, safety processes, and timely service delivery while working with cross-functional partners to optimize product availability and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team.
• Oversee center store activities and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Perform daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Manage inventory and daily bookwork with oversight from Store Manager.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to service.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and lead when others are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
