• Partner with Store Manager to train, coach and engage teammates.
• Oversee center store activities under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure daily task lists are completed and tracked.
• Perform daily store walks and follow safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight.
• Resolve guest concerns related to team member service.
• Collaborate as part of the store leadership team.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
