Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have previous retail management experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 21 years of age to sell tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Forklift/pallet jack certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a high level of morale through open communication with the team.
• Ensure store profitability and guest service; foster teamwork.
• Coach and train team members; conduct evaluations and counseling.
• Maintain safety, cash handling, and proper bookkeeping practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Conduct weekly management and department meetings.
