• Conduct daily store walks and enforce safety processes.
• Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
• Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with Store Manager oversight.
• Address guest concerns related to team member service and inform the Store Manager.
• Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in when other leaders are unavailable.
• Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
