• High school diploma or equivalent; leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of retail grocery operations and center store management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Grocery, Frozen/Dairy, Natural/Organic, and HBC/GM areas.
• Balance inventory, coordinate vendor orders, and supervise staff.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, merchandising, and store standards.
• Provide coverage for Senior Manager when needed.
• Train and mentor Center Store associates; support store functions.
