Village Super Market is seeking a motivated, results‑driven Center Store Field Merchant Supervisor to support merchandising execution, operational standards, associate development, and sales performance across assigned stores. About the Role:

The Center Store Field Merchant Supervisor partners closely with store leadership and merchandising teams to support operational execution, merchandising standards, inventory management, training, and customer experience initiatives across multiple store locations.

This role is ideal for experienced center store managers, grocery managers, operations leaders, assistant store managers, or multi‑unit retail supervisors looking to step into a broader field leadership position.

What You’ll Do:

• Support merchandising execution, operational consistency, and store standards across multiple locations
• Analyze sales, shrink, payroll, and inventory performance to identify opportunities and improve results
• Partner with store leadership teams to drive customer experience, operational excellence, and profitability
• Support planogram execution, inventory management, product availability, and merchandising compliance
• Coach, train, and develop department associates and store teams to improve operational performanceConduct store visits, compliance reviews, and operational audits to ensure adherence to company standards
• Support store remodels, resets, seasonal initiatives, and new store openings as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in retail operations, merchandising, grocery leadership, or multi‑unit supervision
• Strong understanding of inventory management, merchandising execution, and operational standards
• Ability to analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and reduce shrink
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced retail environment
