FASTSIGNS is seeking a driven Sales Development Coordinator to join our brand-new center in the ever-changing sign industry. We don’t view this as just an entry-level job; it is a dedicated stepping stone. You will start by learning the business from the inside out, with a clear and structured path to grow into a highly rewarding Hybrid Inside/Outside Sales role.

About The Role

In this dynamic position, you will be the first point of contact for both prospective and current customers. By connecting with clients via email, phone, in-person, and eventually at their places of business, you will focus on building authentic, long-lasting relationships—turning everyday inquiries into lifelong clients. You will get to use your customer service expertise to consult with clients, while we teach you the strategies to close deals and grow your income.

What You’ll Do

• Consult & Connect: Communicate with customers daily to understand their true needs and provide expert, consultative advice (no pushy sales tactics required).
• Manage the Process: Prepare accurate estimates, process work orders, and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery, ensuring the customer is thrilled with the result.
• Grow the Business: Participate in daily team meetings and actively help execute our business and marketing plans.
• Expand Your Horizons: Transition gradually from inbound center communications to visiting clients in the field as you develop into a hybrid inside/outside sales professional.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Commission: 3% commission on all sales once your monthly sales goal is reached!
• Bonuses: Additional performance-based bonus opportunities.
