Job summary

PlasmaSource, a Vitalant subsidiary, seeks a Center Operations Technician in Aurora, IL. You will support the phlebotomy floor workflow and blood product processing, assist Blood Collections Specialists, and help maintain inventory and lab equipment QC. This role focuses on donor care and center operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate's degree in biology, medical technology, supply chain management, or related field; or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid in state driver's license required.
• Experience in blood banking, medical laboratory, or healthcare warehouse environment preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, AABB, cGMP) strongly preferred.

You will support Blood Collections Specialist and Donors assisting with donor needs and processing blood products post collection.What to Expect:Base Pay: $18.08- $23.41 (depending on years of experience)Location: Aurora ILSchedule: Center hours: Monday - Sunday. FT 40 hours/week.
