The starting pay range is $29.65-$49.42, subject to adjustments based on market, location, experience, and company policies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Final salary decisions depend on various factors, and employment is at-will.

Center Operations Supervisor - Responsibilities

1. Provide feedback for employee evaluations and development plans.
2. Participate in hiring, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
3. Foster a positive culture aligned with core values.
4. Assist in employee relations investigations.
5. Conduct training and certification for staff, ensuring regulatory compliance.
6. Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment.
7. Identify process improvements and best practices.
8. Conduct area walkthroughs and support production productivity.
9. Support marketing initiatives.
10. Assist with scheduling and payroll.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
