Center Operations Manager I
This Is What You’ll Do
  • Provide feedback for employee performance evaluations, improvement plans, development plans, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate on employment decisions like hiring, promotions, demotions, and terminations.
  • Promote a positive culture within the donor center, exemplifying core values.
  • Assist in employee relations investigations.
  • Conduct thorough on-the-job and certification training as a Designated Trainer, ensuring regulatory compliance and adapting methods to learners’ needs.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop best practices.
  • Conduct area walkthroughs and maintain a visible presence in production zones.
  • Support productivity by assisting in production areas.
  • Support marketing and advertising initiatives with relevant departments.
  • Assist with scheduling and payroll to optimize employee hours.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Trained in all production areas
  • High School Diploma or GED with 12 months relevant experience
  • Up to 1 year of operations or process management/supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Up to 1 year of people management experience (preferred)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry (preferred)
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Availability for day, evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts
