TOCA Football is seeking a General Manager in Allen, TX to lead day-to-day operations, guest experience, and team development at our Allen center. You will recruit, coach, and manage a high-energy staff while ensuring a superior guest experience and strong performance against KPIs.

In this role, you’ll drive center operations, scheduling, recruitment, and maintenance protocols, while collaborating with regional leaders to grow TOCA’s local presence in the soccer community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations leadership experience — bonus points if it’s in sports, retail, or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and build a high-performing team.
• Coach, inspire, and develop your staff to foster growth and engagement.
• Oversee center operations, schedules, and guest-first service to ensure excellence.
• Design maintenance protocols to keep the facility in top condition and safe for guests.
• Track KPIs such as guest satisfaction, revenue, and operational efficiency.
