Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for staff development, with an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education being a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in early childhood education preferred.
• Meet or exceed State Assistant Director licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff scheduling and attendance records in ADP.
• Ensure daily center operations are safe, compliant, and efficient.
• Support financial operations in partnership with Center Director.
• Assist with tours and enrollment processes as needed.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation.
