Behavioral Innovations - Houston Heights Treatment Center in Houston, TX, is seeking an Assistant Center Administrator to lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and financial metrics within a fast-paced ABA therapy center.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, oversee onboarding, budgeting, and client scheduling, and ensure a nurturing, compliant center environment during 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• ABA background required.
• Operations management and people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or 1-3 years in a related field.
• Understanding P&L, AR/AP, billing disputes, and collections.
• Strong customer service, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with consistent results.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills.
• Flexible with a schedule and presence at the center during business hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and financial metrics.
• Approve tours assigned by Intake.
• Maintain clean, well-kept facility; address issues within 24 hours.
• Schedule management and daily adjustments.
• Complete new hire onboarding within the first 3 days.
• Ensure accurate coding and billing processes.
• Staff development and training.
• Communicate with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance.
