Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent education/experience

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation to ensure exceptional experience
• Support day-to-day execution of the medical model with clinicians
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient patient care
• Drive improvements to ensure optimal patient care and staff accountability
• Oversee center operations metrics and report key indicators to leadership
