Proud Moments ABA in North Las Vegas is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic growth for our center on Craig Rd. This non-clinical leadership role partners with senior clinical leaders to align operations with high-quality ABA services for children and families.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience preferred.
• 2–4 years direct people management in a Manager/Director role.
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
• Ability to build, sustain, and grow relationships with management, staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the center(s) and drive financial growth.
• Cultivate relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and referral partners.
• Manage administrative activities of clinical staff and operations teams.
• Lead onboarding of new families and build confidence in the clinical team.
• Resolve issues promptly to advocate for families receiving services.
• Oversee insurance authorizations, billing, and reimbursement processes.
• Motivate staff through evaluations, goals, and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

As a Center Operations Director at Proud Moments ABA, you’ll be challenged to realize your leadership potential:

• Accelerate the financial success and continued growth of our center by effectively managing day-to-day operations at the facility(s)
• Expand access to Proud Moments’ life-changing ABA services for children with autism by cultivating and strengthening relationships with schools, physicians, health systems, and other organizations that refer families for autism care
• Manage relationships and day-to-day administrative activities of Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new Proud Moments families by engaging in weekly family meetings and building parents’ confidence in their child’s clinical team
• Advocate for families receiving services by resolving issues promptly and compassionately
• Secure accurate insurance reimbursement for ABA services through rigorous oversight of Authorizations Management and Billing procedures
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance and grow professionally through annual evaluation, mutual goal setting, and constant monitoring of progress

Qualifications

As an ideal Center Operations Director candidate, you bring to Proud Moments ABA:

• Experience with ABA Therapy and a compassionate understanding of the needs of children with autism and their families; preferred
• 2–4 years of direct people management experience in a Manager or Director-level role, with responsibility for leading and developing teams; required
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
• Demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and grow productive relationships with organizational management, staff, clients, and community stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Superior project, planning, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
