UCLA Health in Los Angeles is seeking a Center Operations Coordinator within the Public Mental Health Partnership to provide administrative and program coordination across PMHP initiatives.

You will work with leadership and partners to manage recruitment, onboarding, communications, meetings, and documentation, ensuring efficient center operations and timely project delivery.

This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with compensation based on qualifications and experience.

Responsabilités

• Support multiple concurrent projects, operational priorities, and administrative workflows
• Serve as a central point of contact for center communications, scheduling, and coordination activities
• Organize meetings, trainings and events, including logistics, materials, and documentation
• Maintain tracking systems, databases, templates, and operational records
• Collaborate with center leadership and departmental partners to improve processes and ensure efficient operations

Description

The Public Mental Health Partnership (PMHP) within the UCLA Health Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior advances healthy equity through training, consultation, and evaluation of behavioral health programs throughout California. PMHP supports a variety of statewide initiatives, including Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Forensic ACT (FACT) programs that improve access to high-quality behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Center Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, operational and program coordination support across PMHP initiatives. This role serves as a central point of coordination for recruitment activities, center operations, communications, meetings, and special projects while working closely with leadership, program staff, and external partners. Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, documentation, tracking, and follow-up
• Support multiple concurrent projects, operational priorities, and administrative workflows
• Serve as a central point of contact for center communications, scheduling, and coordination activities
• Organize meetings, trainings and events, including logistics, materials, and documentation

Compensation

The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and other business considerations. Salary range: $31.88/hr – $45.66/hr
