Responsibilities

• Hires and supervises staff; coordinates with Human Resources.
• Leads strategic planning, reporting, and board/stakeholder communications.
• Manages budgets, contracts, and certifications; ensures compliance.
• Represents leadership in meetings and community engagements.
• Develops high-level work plans and coordinates with internal/external entities.
