Anchor Point Management Group seeks a Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our European Wax Center location in San Jose. You’ll lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, boost memberships, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold health and safety standards.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales management or spa leadership, a strong sales background, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Job Summary

As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Additional Qualifications and Skill Requirements

• Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and is able to utilize Key Performance Indicators to drive positive business performance.
• Places the guest first. Coaches Associates to connect with our guests. Builds brand loyalty and establishes a loyal guest base through their behavior, product presentation and service.
• Is self-motivated and a go-getter. Is accountable, punctual, organized, and reflects the Brand.
• Leads and inspires by example, regularly encourages fact based solutions and celebrates the success of others.
• Will have an open and flexible schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal interactions.
• Ability to learn and operate a POS system.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand and work on the floor for extended periods of time - 80% or more of total shift.
