Qualifications

• Education: graduate of accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Credentials: current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Skills: strong leadership, clinical problem-solving, and Windows-based systems proficiency.
• Physical: ability to stand/walk, transfer patients safely, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff therapists and aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
