Select Physical Therapy in Millbury, MA, is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient center as Manager. You will oversee the outpatient orthopedic therapy team and deliver preventative and rehabilitation services that maximize function and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification is required.

• Lead and manage our outpatient orthopedic therapy center.
• Oversee the outpatient therapy team to deliver preventative and rehab services.
• Develop and maintain physician relationships and case portfolios.
• Grow and develop a team of PTs and PTAs and expand services.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Compensation: Salary from $90k to $115k based on experience

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.

This is our largest center in Massachusetts with multiple clinicians to learn from. Central Mass location near Worcester and cummutable to Boston. Strong physician relationships drive post op, non op and general ortho caseload. We also offer CoreVia-our pelvic health program.
