Select Physical Therapy in Charlton, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead as Outpatient Center Manager. This role oversees our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, delivering preventative and rehab services to maximize function and patient well-being.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with a salary from $90,000 to $115,000 based on experience, plus sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and student debt repayment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team and center operations.
• Provide preventative and rehab services to maximize patient function and well-being.
• Grow relationships with physicians, payors and community partners to improve patient outcomes.
• Expand and develop a team of PTs and PTAs.

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager

Location: Charlton, MA

Schedule: Monday through Friday

At Select Physical Therapy, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love.

Charlton location is about 40% federally funded (medicare), those patients are probably 50% total joints (knees, more than hips), the rest are geriatric patients spanning balance/fall risk patients and general deconditioned older adults.

The remaining 60% are probably half youth patients and half active adults. We see a wide range of post operative patients (rotator cuffs, ACLs etc).

The Center has been open and busy since 2013. We have opportunity to grow our relationships with the local high schools. Two therapists working there full time, long time Select employees. PSS in place for long time as well.

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
