Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Center Manager (Clinician – PT/OT), you will:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the therapy center.
- Oversee patient care, ensuring the highest clinical standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive patient volume and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, referral sources, and payers.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies, including Medicare, OSHA, and regulatory standards.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and clinic operations to maximize efficiency.
