Position: Physical Therapist as Center Manager - OP Ortho
Location: NovaCare Silver Spring, MD
Schedule: Full Time 40Hrs.
Compensation: Starting at $90,000
Incentives: Sign-on Bonus and/or Indefinite Loan Help
Our NovaCare Silver Spring Maryland outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is looking for a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating center manager. This position will oversee our highly trained and respected outpatient team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. We take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients return to athletics, work, life, and the activities they love.
Our large clinical team treats a diverse population of teens through geriatrics. Our specialty services include sports medicine, vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, dry needling, and oncology (ReVital), in addition to general orthopedics.
At least one year of recent outpatient orthopedic experience as a physical therapist (PT) is required to be considered. Previous leadership experience is a PLUS. Those experienced PTs seeking professional growth will have the opportunity to join our six-month leadership development program.
