Position: Physical Therapist as Center Manager - OP Ortho

Location: NovaCare Silver Spring, MD

Schedule: Full Time 40Hrs.

Compensation: starting at $90,000

Our NovaCare Silver Spring Maryland outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is seeking a passionate and driven licensed physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as a treating center manager. This role involves overseeing our highly trained outpatient team delivering preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote patient well-being. We pride ourselves on creating an exceptional patient experience, helping patients return to athletics, work, life, and their passions.

Our large clinical team treats a diverse population from teens to geriatrics. Our specialty services include sports medicine, vestibular, concussion, fall prevention, dry needling, and oncology (ReVital), alongside general orthopedics.

Applicants must have at least one year of recent outpatient orthopedic experience as a physical therapist (PT). Previous leadership experience is a plus. Interested PTs seeking professional growth will have the opportunity to participate in our six-month leadership development program.
