European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Center Manager in Garland, TX to lead daily operations, drive sales goals, and deliver exceptional guest service in a modern, luxurious environment.

You will mentor guest service associates and wax specialists, collaborating with the district manager to implement value adds for guests, while maintaining brand standards and a positive work culture. The position offers a highly competitive salary with bonus potential up to $12,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of previous management experience preferably in a specialty store or multi-service environment.
• Must be confident and positive with excellent communication skills.
• Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
• Reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guest expectations on every visit and lead by example.
• Interview, hire and develop a high-performing team passionate about our brand and achieving service and sales goals.
• Collaborate with the district manager to identify value adds for guests and take smart risks.
• Clearly communicate business goals, contests and performance expectations to all team members.
• Lead and inspire team members through hands-on leadership and guest interactions.
• Submit payroll and operating reports and follow up on store activities.
• Maintain brand visuals and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Manage and adjust staff schedules to meet business goals.
• Minimize loss by following loss prevention best practices.

WHAT WE NEED:
