• Minimum 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service with P&L responsibility.
• Strong computer and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to hire, mentor and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center's fleet to ensure clean, well-maintained equipment.
• Perform profit/loss analyses and budget management.
• Hire and mentor staff to deliver high-quality customer care.
• Track and itemize inventory; monitor fuel receipts and cash handling.
• Ensure safety and secure center operations; participate in ongoing training.
