Job summary

Qualifications
- Distinguished national reputation in STEM education research.
- Strong record of peer-reviewed scholarship and external funding.
- Experience leading interdisciplinary research initiatives.
- Proven leadership in academic centers or large initiatives.
- Open to applicants with an earned doctorate in a STEM discipline or related field.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a nationally recognized STEM education research agenda.
- Provide strategic vision and leadership for the Center for STEM Education.
- Develop partnerships bridging research and practice to improve outcomes.
- Mentor junior faculty, postdocs, and research staff in design and grants.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses related to STEM education.
