Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Director to lead a school, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality early childhood education for children and families. You will manage staff by planning schedules, coaching teachers, and evaluating performance while maintaining program standards.

You will drive curriculum implementation, uphold licensing requirements, and foster a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules and evaluate staff performance.
