Job summary

Little Leaves, part of LEARN Behavioral, seeks a Center Director in Maryland to lead one to two ABA centers, oversee clinical services and daily operations, and foster a thriving, inclusive team culture.

You'll balance clinical excellence with operational leadership, mentor staff, partner with regional leadership, and ensure high-quality treatment for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential and valid state licensure required.
• At least 2 years post‑credential supervision of ABA services.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on ABA experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to high‑quality ABA.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and clinical services to help clients and staff thrive.
• Coach, support, and provide feedback to clinical team members.
• Ensure services meet LEARN's clinical, operational and quality standards.
• Create an inclusive, supportive team culture and recognize contributions.
• Support families to deliver high‑quality, positive care experiences.
• Coordinate staffing, facilities, safety, and other operations.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload through supervision and co‑treatment.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and internal support teams.
