Learning Care Group, a leader in early childhood education in the United States, seeks a Director to lead school operations and drive program quality. The role focuses on fostering a safe, engaging learning environment and communicating progress to families.

The Director will supervise staff, ensure compliance with licensing standards, and promote the company’s educational reputation within the community. Strong leadership and a passion for child development are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• Must meet state requirements for education and other center/school requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Make a difference every day as a Director.
• Manage School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing improvement plans; assist with curriculum implementation and coaching.
• Ensure the school operates in compliance with company and state licensing standards.
• Provide an educational, caring and safe environment for children and parents.
• Inspire imagination and self-esteem in children and highlight the company’s role in community education.
• Promote the company's image and position as a provider of choice in educational programs.
• Recruit, select and retain quality staff.
• Contribute to the profitability and success of the company.
