Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and uphold high standards of early childhood education across our centers nationwide.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and operations on-site, collaborating with licensing authorities and community partners to expand KinderCare’s presence and deliver exceptional learning experiences for children and families. In Minnesota, a $3.00/hour premium on classroom hours is included.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Role requires on-site work at the center daily.
