KinderCare Learning Companies in Chicago, IL is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and drive community engagement to deliver high-quality early childhood education. You will hire and develop staff, ensure compliance with licensing, manage budgets, and use sales and marketing savvy to grow our centers while upholding our curriculum.

This on-site leadership role requires at least one year of leadership experience and a passion for helping children reach

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
• This role requires the ability to work on-site at the center daily.
