Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• 2+ years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements

Responsibilities

• Manages School staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans; coaching and communicating with teachers.
• Be accountable for the operation of the school, ensuring compliance with company and state licensing standards.
