Job summary

Learning Care Group in North Carolina is hiring a Center Director to lead day-to-day operations, support staff, and partner with families to foster growth and safety for children.

You will promote program quality, ensure licensing compliance, manage schedules, and engage parents while delivering a warm, inspiring learning environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and at least 2 years of director experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of center director experience in a licensed facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.
