You will partner with families and local authorities to ensure compliance and quality, while driving growth and excellence across our centers in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience with ability to develop and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Budget accountability and revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Able to work on-site daily.

Responsibilities

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals.
• Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
• Use your business, sales, and marketing savvy to grow KinderCare’s presence in the community, leading to the growth of new families and children in our centers.
