Job summary

A leading children's coding franchise is seeking a Camp Director / Assistant Center Director to oversee daily operations in Shiloh, IL. This dynamic role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for working with children aged 5 to 14 years. Responsibilities include managing center activities, marketing efforts, and ensuring a fun learning environment. Candidates must have supervisory experience and be enthusiastic about education. The position offers flexible hours with a starting hourly pay rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• 2-3 years of experience working with children ages 5 and up is required.
• CPR certification and First Aid knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the center on Tuesdays - Saturdays.
• Effectively communicate about camp inquiries in person or online.
• Coordinate local and digital marketing efforts.
• Provide tours of the center and interact with children and families.
• Recruit and manage staff to ensure team needs are met.
